WHEN AND HOW MUCH DEVER ENERGY GEL SHOULD I CONSUME?
5 minutes pre-workout (light workout): 1x 40ml DEVER Energy Gel
15 minutes pre-workout (heavy / high-intensity workout): 1x 100ml DEVER Energy Gel

In situations where consuming a meal is unfavourable for an athlete (such as pre-training, pre-competition or multiple consecutive matches on the same day), use DEVER Energy Gel as per the following instructions for optimum performance:

Between High Intensity Workouts:
Every 45 minutes: Half a pack of 100ml DEVER Energy Gel, OR
Every 15 minutes: 1x 40ml DEVER Energy Gel to compensate for the energy expended during exercise

Post-workout: 1x 100ml DEVER Energy Gel for quick recovery
